Summary:

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the established service standards. Your role will also include documenting processes and providing insights to improve operational efficiency, contributing to a dynamic and responsive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based communication platforms.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service level agreements.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
• Experience in data analysis to drive operational improvements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
