Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancement projects in SAP C4C (Sales and Service).
- Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications for system configurations and custom developments.
- Configure and customize:Sales processes (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Activities, etc.)
- Service processes (Ticket/Case Management, SLAs, Entitlements, Workflows, and Notifications)
- Business Rules, Approval Workflows, and Intelligent Routing
- Email templates, communication channels, and business roles
- Collaborate with the technical team for SDK/PDI extensions, KUT enhancements, and UI adaptations.
- Work with integration teams for SAP CPI/BTP-based integration with S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Conduct testing (SIT, UAT),training, and post-go-live support.
- Document configuration changes and maintain solution design documents (FDDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts).
- Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and C4C standard design principles.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Functional Expertise
- Deep understanding of SAP C4C data model — Accounts, Contacts, Products, Installed Base, and Service Objects.
- Hands-on experience with:** Sales Cloud**: Lead, Opportunity, Activity, and Quotation Management
- Service Cloud: Ticket/Case Management, SLA, Workflow, Installed Base, and Knowledge Management
- C4C Administrator Functions: Code List Mapping, Scoping, Fine-Tuning, and Business Configuration
- Strong knowledge of C4C Analytics,Reports, and Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Workflow Rules,Approval Processes, and Business Role Management.
- Familiarity with language adaptation and UI personalization features.
Integration Knowledge
- Proven experience integrating C4C with:** SAP ERP/S4HANA** (Customer, Material, Pricing, and Document Replication)
- SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite
- SAP Marketing Cloud / SAP Emarsys / SAP CPQ / SAP FSM (optional)
- Good understanding of OData,SOAP,IDoc, and Web Service Communication mechanisms.
Technical Understanding (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of **PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure)**and SDK enhancements.
- Familiarity with KUT (Key User Tools) for field additions and custom logic.
- Exposure to SAP BTP extensibility using CAP and Event Mesh is a plus.
