職位名稱：初級 BA 工程師（實習生）（Junior Business Analyst Intern）​

職位概述​

該崗位面向對業務分析（BA）領域有濃厚興趣的應屆生或在讀學生，協助團隊開展客戶需求梳理、專案跟進、文件編寫等基礎工作，通過參與需求分析、使用者測試、跨部門協作等實踐，累積業務拆解、文檔輸出與項目推進經驗，為產品與項目順利落地提供支持。​

核心工作職責​

需求整理與分析輔助：協助與客戶或內部業務團隊對接，整理需求資訊並進行初步分類；撰寫需求訪談紀錄、功能規格文件（FS）等基礎文檔，確保需求傳達準確。​使用者測試支持：協助設計使用者測試場景與測試用例，參與測試執行過程，記錄測試結果與問題反饋，協助跟進問題修復進度。​專案進度追蹤：協助監控專案進度，整理項目里程碑數據，及時反饋項目推進中的阻礙與問題，支持項目會議的順利開展。​文檔與簡報準備：協助編寫會議紀錄、專案階段總結等文件；參與簡報素材收集與整理，協助製作項目進度或需求相關簡報。​跨部門協作支援：配合研發、設計、測試等跨部門團隊，開展資料彙整、需求同步等基礎協作工作，確保信息傳遞暢通。​專案測試執行：根據測試計劃與用例，執行項目功能測試、回歸測試等基礎測試工作，協助保障產品交付質量。​

任職要求​

教育背景​

工商管理、資訊管理、計算機科學、電子工程等相關專業，大學本科及以上學歷（應屆生、在讀學生均可）。​

工作經驗​

具備基礎的業務分析或項目管理概念者優先；​ 有參與校內項目、課程設計或相關實習經驗（如協助需求整理、文件編寫）者優先；​ 無強制工作經驗要求，願意主動學習、積極參與實踐即可。​

知識與技能​

瞭解基礎的項目管理流程或產品開發週期者優先；​ 熟練使用 Office 辦公軟件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具備基礎的文檔編寫與數據整理能力；​ 具備基礎的還輯思維能力，能協助進行簡單的需求拆解與分類。​

素質與能力​

態度認真負責，細心謹慎，具備良好的責任感與服務意識；​ 具備優秀的溝通表達能力，善於傾聽與協調，能快速適應團隊协作；​ 學習能力強、自驅力足，對業務分析、產品開發領域有濃厚興趣；​ 能保證穩定的實習時長（每周至少 3-4 天）
