Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!
Vonage Communications APIs:
As an emerging leader in the $10B+ communications API market, we empower global brands to connect better with their customers, employees, and partners through transformative communications experiences. For example, Vonage API solutions empower organizations to build their custom omnichannel communications structure. This allows them to reach and engage customers on their preferred schedule and channel — including voice, video, and messaging. Think of a rideshare service instantly connecting with customers, hospital staff conducting remote monitoring, customers verifying their identity before completing a purchase, AI virtual agents servicing customers around the clock, and much more.
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Product Manager within Platform Experience, you will shape how customers move from discovery to value and revenue across our self-serve API platform. Your work will directly impact key business outcomes such as time to first API call, first payment, retention and expansion.
This role sits at the intersection of user experience, technical platforms and commercial outcomes. You will translate complex technical and regulatory constraints into clear, scalable experiences that enable growth without compromising developer trust or platform robustness. In a competitive API market where experience is a key differentiator, this role is critical to accelerating adoption and long-term revenue growth.
What you will do:
-
Develop and own experience-led growth initiatives across the self-serve customer journey
-
Identify growth opportunities through funnel analysis, customer research, data analysis and market insights
-
Define clear product vision, success metrics and roadmaps aligned with business goals
-
Translate strategic initiatives into detailed product requirements and epics for Engineering teams
-
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration
-
Establish and track key growth and experience KPIs to measure impact and inform prioritisation
-
Act as a central point of coordination between Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Dev Rel
-
Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure initiatives support both technical excellence and commercial outcomes
-
Lead product planning meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations
What you'll bring:
Required
-
5+ years experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS or PaaS B2B products
-
Experience working as a product-led growth or self-serve product manager
-
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions working with growth funnels, activation metrics and experimentation
-
Solid understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management
-
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
-
Experience with Agile development practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience we consider a plus
-
Experience with API-driven or developer-focused products
-
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
-
Understanding of API design principles and microservices architecture
-
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Snowflake)
-
Proficiency with product management tools (roadmapping, backlog management, analytics)
How you’ll benefit:
-
Unlimited Discretionary Time Off.
-
Private Medical Insurance with the option to add dependents at your own cost.
-
Multisport Gym Membership.
-
Educational Assistance Reimbursement Program.
-
Polish Language Classes for non-native speakers.
