  • Modernize COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM workloads into cloud-based or cloud-integrated architectures.

  • Design AWS-based replacement architectures using compute, storage, database, messaging, and integration services.

  • Support modernization of DXC insurance platforms (e.g., wmA, Vantage, Cyber Life) or equivalent industry systems.

  • Lead data modernization efforts, including schema conversion, data migration, validation, and cutover planning.

  • Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud platforms using APIs, messaging, file transfer, and event-driven patterns.

  • Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to align modernization outcomes with business objectives.

  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, resiliency, and performance standards.

  • Support testing, production cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities.
