Role Overview Lead Enterprise Solution Architect, Supply Chain Location: Mumbai Experience: 9-14 years A key role within the Cyber & Enterprise Architecture (CyberEA) group at General Mills D&T, responsible for shaping and delivering solution architecture across the PLCF and End-to-End Supply Chain pillars.
The role partners closely with business, IT, and vendors to design current and target-state architectures, drive system integration and optimization, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Key responsibilities include defining supply chain solution architecture, evaluating and selecting technologies, enforcing architectural governance, supporting project delivery, managing stakeholders and risks, and contributing to enterprise architecture strategy and technology roadmaps.
Strong expertise in Supply Chain (Logistics & Customer Operations), enterprise architecture frameworks, and large-scale system integration is essential. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree required; Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred. 8+ years of IT experience 3+ years of leading complex IT projects through solutioning, designing, and architecture. 3+ years of supporting Supply Chain solutions covering Demand Planning (statistical forecasting), Supply & Inventory Planning (network optimization, capacity planning), Logistics (Transportation Mgmt., Warehouse Mgmt.), Customer Fulfillment (Order Mgmt., Available-to-Promise) and End-to-End (BPM).
Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions to the public cloud and/or SaaS.
Broad understanding of integration concepts and experience with Mule Soft or similar integration technologies.
Experience: with SAP Supply Chain related modules, development and integration.
Knowledge and experience with major Supply Chain Planning platforms (e.g., OMP, o9) and/or leading WMS/TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/TM).
Broad understanding of Cloud Computing concepts, processes & tools required for cloud adoption including cloud security, governance, integration, and performance.
Proven ability to work with cross functional and global teams.
Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new capabilities and partner with other teams to adopt as appropriate for General Mills.
Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes and strategies.
Comfort with informing, influencing, and presenting to senior leadership.
Experience: with vetting packaged solutions against business/technical requirements.
Proficiency in architecture diagraming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Software Development experience Infrastructure Engineering experience
Experience: with agile techniques and methods
Experience: with DevOps, CI/CD and Cyber Security
Experience: with Data & Analytics concepts and tools including time series
