Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead (Tricentis Tosca) to drive and scale our automation strategy across complex enterprise applications.

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end automation initiatives, mentor cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality software delivery through robust, enterprise‑grade automated testing practices. A key responsibility will be defining the overall test strategy for the project, ensuring that the approach aligns with industry standards. You will be expected to apply best practices in test automation, quality assurance, and test management to guide the project's testing framework and methodologies.

You will be joining a manufacturing company undergoing a major SAP transformation, including an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA and a full architectural modernization aligned with a roadmap focused on fast adoption and maximization of SAP Industry Best Practices. The system landscape spans multiple domains such as Supply Chain (Demand, Supply Planning, Sales, Logistics, etc.), CX (Sales, CRM, Commerce, etc.), Finance (FICO), Purchasing (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, etc.), and other core enterprise functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test solutions for entire SAP landscape using Tricentis Tosca

  • Define and implement test automation frameworks, standards, and best practices

  • Own the test automation strategy and roadmap across projects and releases

  • Collaborate with QA, development, and business stakeholders to ensure adequate test coverage

  • Analyze test results and drive continuous quality improvement

  • Mentor and guide test automation engineers

Professional experience required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca

  • Experience in testing enterprise applications, especially SAP solutions (including interfaces to third-party systems/applications)

  • Experience in a Test Automation Lead or Senior Automation role

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices

  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Tricentis Tosca certifications

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
