Responsibilities: - Test development work completed in a ServiceNow instance. - Contribute to and develop test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). - Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releases. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality standards. - Document test results and provide feedback for defect resolution.
