Aeronautics Company is seeking a 2026 Program Management intern to assist a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of project management and business development activities. Candidates must display an ability to think logically, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a project management/results-oriented mind set. This intern will support our F-35 Maintenance Systems programs and will work closely with the program management, financial and delivery operations teams. The successful candidate will gain experience and/or knowledge on how to operate in a dynamic environment and utilize collaboration tools to interact with the team. Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
-Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline of Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field
-Demonstrated accountability for tasks/assignment
-Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Must be a US Citizen.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
