THE JOB

Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator to support the execution and day-to-day management of digital media campaigns for high-profile brand partnerships. This role will work cross-functionally within the Digital Planning & Strategy team to assist with campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting, and client support throughout the campaign lifecycle. The Digital Campaign Coordinator will help maintain internal tracking documents, support invoice processing, monitor campaign performance, and stay up to date on social & digital media trends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in digital advertising, media buying, and the Live Entertainment industry.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns

  • Track and monitor campaign performance on a daily basis

  • Monitor campaigns across platforms to ensure proper pacing and cost efficiency

  • Develop product opportunity one-sheets, campaign case studies, and wrap reports

  • Provide screenshots, performance insights, and cost updates as requested

  • Update internal tracking and reporting documents in real time

  • Process, submit, and track external partner invoices and expenses

  • Work with audience solutions team to ingest 1st party audiences into social & digital platforms for campaign execution

  • Stay knowledgeable and up to date on emerging social media and digital advertising trends

  • Observe marketplace for digital product opportunities to assist in the development of new products

  • Assist in sponsorship client meetings & follow-ups

  • Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, specifically ad-buying on Meta, X, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, & LinkedIn

  • Solid understanding of the broader digital advertising and media buying landscape

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative and proactive mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational & time-management skills

  • Relationships with influencers, influencer management companies and agencies a plus

  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Passion for live entertainment and the digital advertising space
