WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of professional experience in the music or entertainment industry. We need someone who is self-motivated and eager to grow within the company and learn all aspects of VIP operations. The operations coordinator will wear many hats, and gain incredible exposure to the live entertainment industry. You will report into the operations team, and support all departments as needed. This is a full time position.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
• Answer inbound calls or emailed inquiries to resolve our customer concerns
• Liaise between VIP Nation staff and customers including communicating VIP itineraries, creating guest lists, and other logistics for VIP events
• Coordinate with the Operations manager to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
• Support the Sr. Director to prepare for upcoming tour sales and events
• Research for VIP programs as needed
• Proficient in merchandise shipping projects using UPS, USPS or our fulfillment partners
• Assist in reporting VIP sales and managing ticket inventory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office tools
• Photoshop/Adobe/Canva/Graphic design
• Social media experience
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline driven environment, while maintaining organization and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently to execute programs

The expected compensation for this position is:

$25.35 USD - $31.69 USD Hourly
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
