THE ROLE

Live Nation is looking for a Food & Beverage Project Manager to coordinate creative needs for all food and drink strategies that enhance the voice of our Live Nation owned and operated venues. Working with the Food & Beverage Creative Operations Director and the Senior Project Manager, the Food & Beverage Project Manager will coordinate with F&B operators, vendors and in house creative teams to produce creative assets that enhance the venue experience for our fans and create venues that artists want to play at. The ideal Food & Beverage Project Manager should have a creative eye for executing brand guidelines, a mastery in managing creative production processes, and communication skills to pull it all together to drive key brand business objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Work directly with the F&B creative operations team to deliver content across food & beverage portfolio to enhance the fan experience and drive continued sales.

  • Manage new concept development alongside creative and brand teams to ensure all aspects of the business are reflected within the design requests.

  • Collaborate with each of the Amphitheater Food & Beverage Directors to understand the unique nature of each of their venues while threading consistency from the master strategy. Manage their signage and menu needs by submitting into the creative request channels as well as coordinating the install of larger projects.

  • Partner with Club and Large Indoor Food & Beverage teams to understand the unique business and manage their creative requests to encompass naming and pricing strategies from the master plan.

  • Aligns with local venue management to ensure that all signage needs fall within their budget and has their final approval prior to install.

  • Actively contribute in managing best practices and F&B data for easy review of needs. This would include signage, sizing and reference materials.

  • Work alongside the Premium Food & Beverage Managers to ensure that all aspects of fan facing materials are representative of the premium environment.

  • Work alongside creative production team and freelance support to ensure all F&B items to be captured are planned for, properly delivered and prepared for use throughout Venue Nation touchpoints.

  • Work within our project management platform to track production progress and ensure partners deliver brand assets on time and within budget

  • Ensure creative assets are built to specifications and meet quality standards

  • Organize creative assets for handoff to internal and external production partners

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external creative production resources

  • Track and process creative production costs and invoices

  • At all times, ensure fan experience is top priority

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High level creative direction experience in live music entertainment or venue industry related field

  • Previous leadership experience and staffing

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative applications

  • Strong portfolio of previous and current design or directed work

  • Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools

  • Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows
