Job Responsibilities

• Conducting customer training courses for software and machine operation both domestically and internationally (worldwide)

• Providing customer support during software learning and machine operation

• Conducting refresher courses for existing customers

• Conducting internal training for new employees

• Maintaining training records

• Creating training certificates and documentation

• Creating training videos

• Supporting pre- and final acceptance testing at customer sites

• Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients
