We are seeking an A&I Expert for the Fragrance and Makeup categories of Armani Beauty for a short-term mission (until end of August 2026). This position reports directly to the A&I and Social Communication Director within the Communication Department.

As a social media enthusiast, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring to identify, in real-time, emerging trends and profiles relevant to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: You will draft briefs for creative agencies for major launches. Your goal is to evolve the brand’s social media presence, making it more agile, "cool," and surprising.
  • High-end Collection Management: You will be in charge of the High-end Fragrance Collection. This mission requires working in close collaboration with international markets as well as fashion-side licensing managers.

As such, you will collaborate with the social team and the event team to establish this segment on a new edge; surprising but always elevated.

  • Talent Collaborations: You will implement ad-hoc collaborations with creators you have identified across all product categories. Integrating products of the brands in their own universes.
  • Activation & Influence: You will work closely with agencies and the A&I Fragrance and Makeup managers to develop innovative activation ideas for major launches. This involves the potential to work with our key global ambassadors and present ideas to their agents.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with marketing teams to understand business challenges and product specificities, ensuring social media strategies are seamlessly integrated into 360° global campaigns.
  • Creative Vision: You will be recognized as the creative force within the A&I team, capable of surprising internal stakeholders with fresh ideas.
