Retail Sales Accounts Executive | Sephora

Hello, we’re L’Oréal, We're not just building brands, we're shaping how the world experiences beauty.

As a Retail Sales Accounts Executive for our Luxe Division, you will be the driving force behind our brand's success within your Sephora territory in Ontario East. You will be responsible for growing our business, winning market share, and developing our talented team of Retail Brand Ambassadors, working closely with Sephora's store management and Beauty Advisors to ensure flawless execution and a luxury brand image.

  • Drive Business Growth: You will develop strategic plans to meet sales targets, identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory, and monitor your performance to close any gaps.
  • Build Strong Relationships: You will partner with Sephora store management to plan and execute best-in-class events and product launches. You will also serve as the key liaison, reporting on competitor activities and ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind.
  • Develop & Empower Teams: You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Brand Ambassadors. A key part of your role is to ensure our teams are experts on our products through engaging on-the-floor training and digital learning platforms.
  • Champion Retail Excellence: You will ensure our brand presence is always luxurious and consistent, managing everything from merchandising and planogram compliance to stock levels, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong business growth mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape and are skilled at building relationships that drive results. You are a natural leader who excels at developing talent and has a keen eye for maintaining luxury brand standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good mix of the following skills:

  • Retail & Business Acumen: You understand the levers to drive retail performance and can analyze sales data to build strategic action plans.
  • Relationship Building: You excel at creating and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Education & People Development: You have a proven ability to train, coach, and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Artistry & Product Expertise: You possess advanced skills and knowledge in at least one of our categories: makeup, skincare, or fragrance.
  • Organizational & Analytical Skills: You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and use data to make informed decisions.
