How you create impact

  • First point of contact for customers, representing and supporting their interests every day
  • Participation in internal operational meetings to align on topics impacting customers
  • Close follow up on incoming customer complaints
  • Coordination with carriers to follow up on shipments, statuses, and proofs of delivery (PODs)
  • Close collaboration on your customer account with colleagues from your own team and other departments

This role is the central link in a dynamic and challenging Road Logistics environment.

What we would like you to bring

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level, ideally with a completed education in Logistics or Economics/Business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English at C1 level (spoken and written), as required for daily customer and carrier interaction
  • Service minded and able to stay effective under pressure.
  • Full time availability, 40 hours per week.
