As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing client operations and administrative support to meet productivity and service goals. You will lead the warehouse team to ensure operational objectives are achieved, and you will manage effective control systems to ensure that service levels and operational performance targets are met within agreed cost, revenue, and profit parameters.
How you create impact
- Deep dive into operation processes, their analysis, evaluation, monitoring and optimization (operational and administrative);
- Ensure correct usage and constant improvement of the WMS and take part at Swiftlog Migration;
- Optimization of operation space usage, MHE exploitation and storage options;
- Interaction with customer and supplier, coordination of existing and new businesses (support Customer Onboarding);
- Developing of controlling tools;
- Ensures developing of client specific logistic solutions and compliance with Quality Safety Health Environment policies and requirements;
- Support and realization of re-engineering and re-organization projects;
- Responsible for implementation and maintaining of KN Production System and to drive the constant improvement process;
- Perform all duties in compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Information Security standards, take on Emergency Team responsibilities when required, and carry out additional tasks assigned by management that align with your skills and qualifications.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a strong advantage);
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, leadership, and contract logistics operations;
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex operations;
- Hands‑on experience optimizing warehouse processes and using WMS systems (Swiftlog exposure and Bonded Warehouse Operations knowledge is a plus);
- A collaborative, customer‑centric mindset with strengths in adaptability, responsibility, and clear communication;
- Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills;
- Flexibility to work varied hours and a valid driver’s license.
