The Customer Solutions Engineer is responsible for analyzing RFQ’s, developing a client tailored solution and presenting for approval to business unit Executives and clients specific to warehouse operations.

How you create impact

• Builds Solutions Models
• Assists Business Development with the creation of proposal documents and written responses to RFP questions
• Read and comprehend customer RFP/Q/I’s to identify solution requirements and additional data and informational requirement for solutions development.
• Interfaces with various specialized functional groups for solution design and costing input
• Provides conceptual facility layout using Auto Cad
• Creative Thinking: Demonstrates originality and imagination in thinking while developing a solution to a problem.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics

• Fluent in Italian and English
