Sea Logistics Revenue & Pricing Specialist responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, leading RFQ preparation, and managing carrier relationships to maximize profitability and competitive positioning.

How you create impact

his role sets and governs selling prices within policy guidelines, supports commercial teams with non-standard RFQ requests, and contributes to winning, retaining, and expanding key accounts through proactive collaboration and information sharing. The specialist ensures full transparency of rate levels across customer care locations, delivers timely and accurate rate responses, and leads regular team stand-ups to resolve operational and commercial challenges. Through strong communication, market insight, and cross-functional alignment, the role drives revenue optimization, market-leading gross profit yields, and above-market Blue Anchor Line volume growth.

What we would like you to bring

  • Lead pricing strategy, RFQ preparation, procurement activities, and carrier relationship management to maximize profit. 
  • Set selling prices within approved bandwidths aligned with local conditions and pricing policies. 
  • Support business owners with non-standard or complex RFQ requests. 
  • Share information and collaborate to win new business and grow existing accounts. 
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver timely and accurate rate responses. 
  • Maintain transparency by ensuring all customer care locations have access to current freight rate levels. 
  • Conduct daily and weekly team stand-ups to identify issues, align priorities, and drive resolutions
