The Air Logistics Operations Optimization Manager is responsible for optimizing and harmonizing national Air Logistics operations by implementing practical, hands-on improvements across processes, systems, and tools. The role focuses on leading initiatives and projects that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost optimization in alignment with global standards.

How you create impact

  • Drive continuous improvement of Air Logistics operations by reviewing operational workflows and implementing hands-on, practical solutions across other department and operational units
  • Optimize and standardize ways of working in line with global Air Logistics standards, processes, and internal systems
  • Lead and manage national operations optimization projects and initiatives with a clear focus on service delivery improvement and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Managers of other departments, Global Operations Optimization teams, and other Global Air Logistics stakeholders
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of optimization initiatives, including concept definition, operational validation, implementation, and success tracking
  • Act as the national interface for other teams, supporting system implementation, testing, and process alignment
  • Drive process improvements in collaboration with the internal system and other enabling functions
  • Lead and coordinate the National Operations Optimization Team, where applicable

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Product Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Air Logistics operations, optimization, or supply chain management
  • Strong project management expertise with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of Air Logistics services, operational processes, and carrier/supplier relationships
  • High proficiency in Air Logistics systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and global teams
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with the ability to work effectively in a regional or global environment
