We are seeking a highly motivated Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist to join our Project Logistics team. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day operations for turnkey EPC projects, key project accounts, and specialized cargo movements. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, exceptional customer service, and compliance with Kuehne+Nagel’s quality and safety standards.

How you create impact

• Coordinate cargo bookings across all transport modes and manage end‑to‑end shipment documentation.
• Monitor shipment status daily, update clients, and maintain transport management and tracking systems.
• Support project execution by aligning operations with cost, schedule, QSHE, and contractual requirements.
• Handle invoicing, job costing, supplier invoice booking, and ensure timely file closure.
• Prepare customer RFIs/RFQs, quotations, and performance reports (quote registers, dashboards).
• Select and qualify vendors, investigate shipment issues, and manage potential claims.

What we would like you to bring

• 3+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of cargo handling for ocean, air, and overland transport.
• Intermediate skills in Word and Excel; basic skills in PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
