Role

• The Training Expert for Global Air Logistics KN GS Cebu is responsible for adopting and executing successfully the global KNGS training plan on a regional/cluster level in a timely manner and on budget, through the support of the Training Lead
• KNGS Air Logistics Global. This role requires  excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to manage complex training projects across various departments and with different stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute the global KNGS training plan combining existing training content & new demands, in collaboration with the Training Lead of KNGS Air Logistics and key stakeholders.
• Key player in the content creation process of the GS CEB training, in coordination with the Instructional design team and content owners within the air logistics BU.
• Delivery of training programs and arranging enrollment to online programs in the format of live webinars, in-person workshops, individual coaching, blended learning approach or other relevant methods.
• Ensure an inclusive training approach that boosts productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor the KN GS CEB training plan progress continuously through a set of well-defined measurable KPIs, and ensure a corrective process is in place when corrections are required.
• Communicate and update proactively the status of the plan to the concerned stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a training plan
• Time management, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS365, KN Systems & KN Processes
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
• Excellent communication/presentation and leadership skill
