You will focus on optimizing this product based on market needs, delivering sustainable + profitable growth of Sea Logistics products in line with the given financial + volume targets, focusing on the following core tasks.

How you create impact

• To ensure online product availability, product scope + pricing is accurate, up-to-date + in line with market expectations.
• To conduct customer interviews + business reference groups, providing input to improve site features + UIX. To drive onsite conversion from “unique visitors” to “registered accounts” to “active customers”.
• To create, translate + distribute content for the front end + social media in local languages utilizing corporate branding guidelines.
• Provide background screening to validate new customer registrations + update CID on KN Maintenance.
• To handle Sea Logistics products' bookings include but not limited to QT Sea support; issuing and revising QT Sea for eShipAsia bookings; CSR upload – support to update CSR for existing Sales accounts, etc.

What we would like you to bring

• Last year student in International Business / Supply Chain / Logistics, who can take full time internship for 12 months.
• Basic knowledge in International Freight Forwarding.
• Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, tech savvy, customer oriented, detail oriented.
• Good command of English.
