How you create impact

You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

You will be enabling transport activities by executing bookings, entering orders + generating all required export documentation while liaising with our Customer Care Specialists to ensure all requirements are met (in a timely and efficient manner). As always, these activities are in line with all relevant governance + regulatory requirements.

What we would like you to bring

You will be responsible for the delivery of operational excellence through your operational care center (OCC) team by providing leadership + direction, while continuously optimizing production costs.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:


• To ensure operational excellence through high quality shipment for export services.• To support collaboration between customer care locations (CCL), sales as well as system + processes to deliver a great customer experience, supporting the development of new + existing customer targets.
• To ensure supplier relationships are created + pro-actively managed, ensuring delivery to service level agreements (SLA) + global partnership rules (GPR).
• To conduct regular anytime conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering performance + development goals.
• To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues.
• To contribute as process owner to continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.
• To anchor the usage + improvements of OCC core systems.
• To ensure compliance with financial + revenue care guidelines.
