We're seeking a National Account Manager to lead category growth and own P&L performance across key accounts. You’ll build strategic, multi-stakeholder partnerships and design collaborative sales and marketing plans that deliver measurable gains for consumers and customers—offering high visibility, real impact, and a clear path to business success

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and profit targets while managing trade spend

• Develop customer plans that integrate with brand plans and drive benefits for all parties

• Deliver insight-led category workshops and reviews

• Optimize trade spend investment for maximum return

• Negotiate promotional programs and execute tailored NPD launch plans

• Build and own a 12-month forecast and manage discrepancies

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated account management and/or category management experience

• Strong negotiation and financial skills

• Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline

• Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer

• Eligibility to work in Australia and availability to travel interstate regularly
