This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

About the Role:

Driving the marketing initiatives for Residential business.

Writing and proof-reading content for marketing collaterals such as IMs, presentations etc.

Managing all marketing initiatives for the business.

Support the team in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and create presentations tailored to secure bids and engage investors effectively.

Interface with the core marketing for the business.

Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns & events.

Evaluating emerging trends in marketing and social media and incorporating them as appropriate
About You:

Strong and effective communications skills, both written and oral

Proficiency in Power
Point & Canva:

Good logical and analytical skills

Knowledge and experience of Photo and Video editing software

Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders.
