Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

About the Role:

  • Driving the marketing initiatives for Residential business.

  • Writing and proof-reading content for marketing collaterals such as IMs, presentations etc.

  • Managing all marketing initiatives for the business.

  • Support the team in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and create presentations tailored to secure bids and engage investors effectively.

  • Interface with the core marketing for the business.

  • Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns & events.

  • Evaluating emerging trends in marketing and social media and incorporating them as appropriate

About You:

  • Strong and effective communications skills, both written and oral

  • Proficiency in Power

Point & Canva:

  • Good logical and analytical skills

  • Knowledge and experience of Photo and Video editing software

  • Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders.
