Job Description

The Head of KHMS People Pillar will lead the people capabilities work within NA Supply Chain Operations through the lens of KHMS and LOGOS PLD framework. This role will be responsible for defining and enabling execution of people capabilities strategy, delivering KHMS and LOGOS PLD agendas, and coordinating KHMS programming across all pillars throughout the year.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement the People, Learning and Development – Excellence Management system program, in our NAZ Manufacturing Factories across US and Canada. Create, improve, and revamp HR processes, adding continuous improvement and business focus – focusing on people management, retention and engagement. Leverage our supply chain excellence program to deliver efficiency and productivity in manufacturing through our people.

  • Coach, teach and assess KHMS Pillar chapters and GOP's, focusing on People development and learning.

  • Design strategy and implementation plan for KHMS PLD execution across NA Supply Chain in line with AOP and 3YS

  • Develop robust PLD strategy and implementation plan for LOGOS execution across NA Logistics organization in line with AOP and 3YS

  • Coach and influence BU leadership, plant managers and HRBPs through gap identification and problem solving methodology in order to achieve PLD milestones in alignment with AOP

  • Integrate with all pillar owners to consolidate KHMS and LOGOS agendas, coordinate programming and provide cohesive experience across all chapters for plant teams.

  • Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria globally.

  • Lead team direct reports in supporting and executing the PLD agenda

  • Develop talent capabilities strategy for NA Supply Chain through working across the organization to maximize training and development resources, Ownerversity, career experiences, mentorship, rotational assignments.

  • Conduct KHMS training sessions, coach and teach KHMS pillar chapters to boost capabilities for all employees. Act with continuous improvement mindset to continue to elevate execution and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with functional groups, pillar owners, digital team, and global KHMS to simplify KHMS and delivery single source solution to plants that incorporates all pillars

  • Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes across total NA supply chain operations organization

  • Ability to identify/define problems, collect data, establish facts and articulate conclusions and effective solutions at all levels of organization Ability to identify/define problems, collect data, establish facts and articulate conclusions and effective solutions at all levels of organization

  • Often required to make decisions and take decisive action using own judgement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree, Engineering or other Technical field preferred
  • 10 years CPG manufacturing experience; food manufacturing highly preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt; including the ability to articulate continuous improvement methodologies and the ability to provide mentoring and coaching to Plant leadership
  • Ability to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving
  • Ability to lead training sessions
  • 75%+ travel required to Kraft Heinz facilities
