Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Procurement Operations Supervisor who will have the overall responsibility of following up on Direct Material orders from the ordering date until they reach the factory, develop dashboard to show Procurement function contract status, spend analysis and PO reports. In addition to that he/she will be responsible for developing any process that needs development.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the process in the critical cases.

  • Map process and work on process improvements by identifying the gaps in the process and work on them.

  • Follow up on imported shipments and ensure required documents are being sent t0 logistics team.

  • Responsible for any kind of communications from the logistics to the foreign suppliers, or from the suppliers to the logistics

  • Responsible for negotiating with the suppliers to refund any kind of the demurrage fees

  • Share the logistics comments with the suppliers and ensure that the supplier update his documents

  • Share the updated documents with logistics and confirm it.

  • Manage timely supplier performance and ways of working between Suppliers to ensure on time delivery, handling quality issues, supporting the on-time payment and on time deliveries.

  • Attend Factory daily operation meeting-Weekly Catch for ops & commercial-Material Risk Review with S&OP- Weekly procurement & Finance meetings

  • Developed of dashboard to monitoring the performance and stand along the gaps to support the cross functions to close it.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ business or a similar field

  • 5-7 years in Operations Procurement

  • Fluent in English

  • Negotiation skills

  • Communication skills

  • Resilient mindset

  • Stakeholder Management skills

  • Supplier Relationship management
