This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for PO management, release the PO on time to suppliers, manage supplier and Ensure PO delivery on time from suppliers, including invoice and payment management
- Maintaining system information including AB, LA, etc to ensure MRP is running correctly, and information is communicated effectively through system
- Coordinating with forwarder and logistics team to ensure material arrive on time
- Being responsible and collaborating with cross function team and suppliers for problem shooting to ensure material delivery in time for planned production schedule.
- Being responsible for data analysis and supplier performance management, drive for continuous improvement of ROTD and COTD
- Promoting the optimization of material purchasing mode and purchasing material management, contribute for better team KPI
- Being responsible for ad hoc Reporting Tools development and any applicable management reports required
- Other supplier chain related tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications for the Role
- More than 3 years of buyer experience
- Knowledge in office and SAP skill, good data analyse,AI/Digital ability as plus
- Familiar with purchasing process
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English
- Must have strong ownership ,be pro-active and have good communication and teamwork
- Must have integrity, open mind, good logical thinking
