Job Description
About the position:
You will be supporting the European Food Safety and Quality department for external factories and suppliers while developing to your fullest potential within this internship.
Assignments and key activities:
Consumer & Customer Complaint Management: You will be responsible for managing and resolving consumer and customer complaints. Ensuring management and resolving in a timely and professional manner. You will be the technical bridge between our consumer- and customer service teams and the producing facilities.Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: You will perform and review root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.Team: you will support and communicate with the external manufacturer team on data analysis and complaint management.Digital Quality Management System Transformation: As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support the transformation of the digital quality management.Product Specification Development: You will assist the product specification team in developing and maintaining product specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Specific Team Requirements:

Food Quality Management/ Food Technology/Food Safety: WO or HBO, Bachelors/Masters student

HACCP and food operational knowledge
-
Data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data sets
-
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic Requirements:
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands)

EU/ EEA Students: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.

Non – EU student: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship period.

You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but Dutch or other languages are a plus)

You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
