About the Role:

This application is for a 6-month student role from Jun-Dec. Resume review begins in January 2026

As a Co-op in the Supply Chain team, you will assist with initiatives to synchronize material management across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in the “BOM Harmony” project, which aims to harmonize bills of materials across systems such as EBS, PLM, BPRs, and ASCP. This position offers hands-on experience in cross-platform supply chain management, data harmonization, and process improvement within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

What You’ll Do:

As a co-op, you will:

  • Support the “BOM Harmony” project to harmonize bills of materials across platforms (EBS, PLM, BPRs, ASCP, etc.)
  • Assist with syncing material management processes and data across systems
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in material data
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficient material management and data integrity
  • Participate in meetings and present findings or recommendations as needed

Example projects may include:

  • BOM harmonization across supply chain platforms
  • Material management process synchronization
  • Data integrity and discrepancy resolution

Who You Are:

  • Currently a sophomore or higher in a four-year degree program
  • Preferred majors: Science or Engineering (open to other fields)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in supply chain management and cross-platform data harmonization
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy

To participate in the Biogen Internship or Co-op Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship.

Education Requirements

  • Degree level: Sophomore year or higher in a four-year degree program
  • Preferred majors/programs: Science, Engineering (open to others)

Additional Information:

The base compensation range for this role is: $24.00-$27.00
The actual hourly wage offered will consider the candidate’s current academic level and degree candidacy, inclusive of Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD, MD, PhD and MBA programs. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements specific to the job location.
