Kimberly Clark is reimagining our content strategy. In a world with constantly evolving consumer behavior, we are shifting our content strategy to meet consumers’ needs and preferences. We are enabling a new paradigm - shifting from branded content driving awareness-led shopping to user-generated content powering discovery-led shopping.
We are seeking a creatively driven and operationally sharp Content Operations and Product Capability Lead to help scale our Content Factory initiative. This role is pivotal in scaling across various capabilities to drive our content charter forward. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from the traditional agency side, a strong understanding of brand-agency production workflows, and the ability to partner with global brand managers to deliver high-impact content at scale. This role is crucial to scale our mission of delivering engaging, scalable, and brand-aligned digital experiences.
In this role, you will:
Content Strategy

Build strategies around Content Charter for our International Personal Care and Enterprise Markets.

Identify emerging technologies/trends and how those technologies/trends can be leveraged within our markets within the Enterprise guidelines.
Content Production & Operational Excellence

Manage end-to-end content production workflows, and scale the process for a 10x scale.

Ensure adherence to brand identity guidelines, legal standards, and copyright requirements.

Drive agile production cycles, establish content review and editing workflows to ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark’s communication and compliance standards.

Drive Content Operations & Innovation through best practices, templatization and achieve scalable content generation.

Ensure content solutions are scalable, locally relevant, and globally consistent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand content needs and deliver fit-for-purpose assets.
Global Brand Partnership

Act as the bridge between brand teams, internal content production teams, external creative partners.

Collaborate with global brand managers to understand campaign goals, audience insights, and content needs.

Provide creative guidance on adapting content for GenZ audiences, e Commerce, and social platforms
Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging technology, evaluate their creative potential to drive innovation in Kimberly-Clark’s digital content strategy.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:

10-12+ years of experience in content creation across modalities, preferably with a strong agency background, or building large scale “content product” capabilities.

Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering high-quality content across platforms.

Deep understanding of brand-agency production processes and global campaign workflows.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
-
Excellent editorial skills, with an eye for consistency, tone, and storytelling.

Familiarity with AI content tools and agile production models is a plus.

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and global enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and operational rigor.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.

Understanding of brand voice, content governance, and internal compliance processes.

Passionate about content innovation, consumer engagement, and platform-native storytelling.

Experience working in consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) or large matrixed organizations.

Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems or content lifecycle workflows.
