ネットワーク製品（ネットワークスイッチ、無線 LAN 、ロードバランサ、ファィアウォール、クラウドおよびオンプレ－クラウド間のハイブリッドネットワーク、ゼロトラストネットワーク、SDN 、NFV 、Open Stack） によるネットワークの構築、コンサルティング 、プロジェクト管理を行う。

クラウドビジネスや在宅勤務の拡大、5Gサービス提供開始など業務形態やサービス提供形態の変化に伴い、IT インフラストラクチャー導入案件も多様化、複雑化する傾向にあります。これらのIT変革に伴うビジネスも継続的に拡大しており、ネットワークプロジェクトを担当するネットワークエンジニアを募集いたします。

【職務内容】

顧客が求めるシステムに対してネットワーク分野のリーダとして、顧客の IT システムライフサイクルを意識してプロジェクト提案、見積もりから検収完了まで行い、保守、運用チームに引き渡しを行う。

• 提案見積もりフェーズ

要件の理解、提案構成（機器、ネットワーク構成）の作成、機器見積もり作成、プロジェクトの計画と見積もり作成

• プロジェクト実施フェーズ

顧客、社内、製品ベンダー、プロジェクトメンバー等関係者と技術面、プロジェクト面でコミュニケーション、調整、管理をしながら、要件定義、設計、構築、試験の実施

【必要な経験と知識】

• 各レイヤのネットワーク知識
• 3年以上インフラ構築プロジェクトに参画した経験
• プロジェクトマネージャまたは、リーダとしてのスコープ、スケジュール、工数、リスク、要員、コミュニケーション、品質等、一般的なプロジェクト管理手法を意識したプロジェクト管理の知識と経験
• ネットワークスイッチ、ルータ、ロードバランサ、ファイアウォール、VPN装置、帯域制御装置、無線LAN製品を使ったネットワークシステム設計および構築経験（最低３つ以上の製品、ソリューションの組み合わせ）
• クライアントに対する、設計、ソリューションおよび作業内容の説明や合意形成のための交渉の経験
• 戦略的かつ柔軟な思考と積極性

【あると望ましい経験や知識、資格】

• プロジェクトマネージメント経験（見積もりから検収まで）
• 外部パートナーを含むプロジェクトのチームビルディングおよび運営経験
• ITシステムナレッジ：アプリケーション、ミドルウェア、インフラの概要を総合的に把握している（技術を詳細に熟知している必要はない）
• 英語力
• 仮想化に関連したサーバやミドルウェアに対する知識・経験
• NW仮想化、SDN、SD-WANに対する知識・経験
• PaaS（AWS、GCP、Azure）上のネットワーク設計・構築の知識・経験
• ゼロトラストネットワーク設計・構築の知識・経験
• IPS/IDS、WAF、UTMの設計構築の知識・経験
• BGP/EIGRP/のルーティングの設計構築の知識・経験
• CISCO CCIE /CCNP/ CCNAなどの Certification 取得。もしくはそれに準ずるスキルがある
• IPv6 の知識
