Security Cooperation Program Analyst, Senior
The Opportunity:
Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture supporting security cooperation. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting the Department of War (DoW)
- 3+ years of experience working Building Partner Capacity projects or cases
- 3+ years of experience working in maritime security, including maritime domain awareness
- Experience working in foreign or international security, international cooperation, defense, or military affairs
- Experience working with Socium, the SC database of record
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in the Indo-Pacific region
- Experience with DoW tools such as Sea Vision
- Experience with knowledge management and process improvement
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP/TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans
- Knowledge of security sector reform or defense and security capacity building, defense planning, military capability development, or foreign military sales
- Master's degree in International Relations, International Security, International Development, Military Technology, Foreign Policy, Public Affairs, or Political Science
- Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Certifications such as SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management, SC Case Life Cycle Management, SC Execution Support Management, or SC Acquisition Management Basic or Intermediate Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
