Cloud Ops Suite Engineer(クラウド オペレーション スイート エンジニア)として、中堅企業のお客様およびチャネルパートナーをサポートする実践的な技術エキスパートとしての役割を担っていただきます。

主な職務内容は、イネーブルメントセッションの提供、PoC(概念実証）におけるパートナーの支援およびトレーニング、そして Cloud Ops Suiteソリューションのポジショニングと導入におけるパートナーのサポートです。

【主な業務内容】

顧客対応およびPoC実施

• 顧客の課題ヒアリング、技術プレゼンテーション、ライブデモの実施
• パートナー支援およびPoCの主導（VM EssentialsおよびMorpheus Enterprise中心）、VMwareや他のハイパーバイザーからの移行・拡張支援
• HPEの営業、プリセールス、製品チームと連携し、スムーズなソリューション引き渡しと一貫した技術的メッセージの提供

フィールド対応およびコラボレーション

• ·現場からの構造的なフィードバックを提供し、トレーニング、コンテンツ、およびツールの改善に貢献
• ベストプラクティス、成功事例、学びを共有し、パートナーの準備体制を強化
• アジリティ、実験、イノベーションに焦点を当てたスタートアップスタイルの協働文化への貢献

**【**資格・経験】

• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号
• ITインフラ、クラウド、仮想化技術における4〜8年の経験（技術営業またはエネーブルメント経験が理想）
• 主要なハイパーバイザー（VMware ESXi、KVM、Hyper-V）の実務経験
• プライベート、パブリック、またはハイブリッド クラウド アーキテクチャの経験
• Linuxおよび Windows OS、ネットワーキング、ストレージ（SAN/NAS、iSCSI、SDS）に関する知識
• PowerShell、Bash、Ansible、Terraformなどの自動化ツールの使用経験
• 仮想化、クラウド、自動化に関する業界認定（あれば尚可）
• HPEのハイブリッドITポートフォリオおよび競合状況への理解
