As a Senior Product Associate in Asset and Wealth Management, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities- Drives product development and integration initiatives from ideation through launch, focusing on enterprise client and partner solutions.

  • Plugs in a range of responsibilities across end-to-end client engagement for implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration experiences.
  • Gathers and analyzes business requirements, market trends, and client feedback to inform product and integration strategy.
  • Collaborates with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product features, integration requirements, and user stories.
  • Translates complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
  • Drives problem-solving and critical thinking across all stages of the product and integration lifecycle.
  • Supports user testing and help manage release coordination for enterprise clients
  • Stays current on fintech trends, wealth management innovations, and integration best practices.
  • Delivers with high quality and strong collaborate across regions leveraging strong interpersonal communication skillst
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience in product management, fintech, wealth management, asset management, or enterprise integrations.
  • Strong domain knowledge of financial services, investment products, and technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems and think critically.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Technical proficiency in product development, data analysis, and digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- CFA, FRM, or relevant product management certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements in wealth and asset management.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and integration initiatives in financial services.
  • Track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth.
  • Experience with client, partner, or enterprise integrations is a plus.
