As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to discover, develop, and build product enhancements

  • Design solutions to meet customer needs, informed by client insights from a variety of sources, and validate success with analytics and feedback.
  • Define and execute a roadmap that delivers against objectives
  • Create new experiences using discovery processes, and experimentation, informed by customer insights and data
  • Provide clear vision and scope documentation, workflows, detailed business requirements, use cases and other materials as needed to support UX design, development and infrastructure
  • Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communication
  • Coach and manage junior product talent

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework
  • Significant experience with consumer digital product development, using discovery best practices and agile delivery methods
  • Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Industry involvement: staying abreast of industry trends and issues
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Experience in online investing product management a plus

  • Familiarity with an array of financial instruments and experience in self-directed brokerage industry a plus
