Join the dynamic team at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Executive Assistant, where you will play a key role in providing high-level support to several team members, including a senior executive in our Paris office.
As an Executive Assistant within the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, you will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making for the executive, their team of managers, and other stakeholders. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department's activities and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for different team members, dealing with filing, correspondence, scheduling, travel, expenses and calendars
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Understand team priorities and expectations to support the business
  • Assist with staff accesses, equipment setup, and leads ad hoc projects
  • Maintain the smooth running of the office, from ordering stationary to coordinating with maintenance

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role
  • Advanced organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate proactivity and ownership
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Adaptable team player with strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Polished, professional approach and calm demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French and English
