As an Analyst in the Consultant & Distributor Support team, you define, refine, and deliver goals that enable consultant engagement. You ensure accurate, timely data across platforms while strengthening governance and controls. You collaborate with product, sales, and technology partners to optimize processes and support strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update consultant databases, websites, and DDQs with fund performance, assets, personnel, and characteristics.
  • Review data and reports to identify content and format issues swiftly and accurately.
  • Respond to customized consultant requests on performance, statistics, holdings, and benchmarks.
  • Liaise with product teams to add or modify strategy records and gather required inputs.
  • Maintain high data quality through rigorous checks, controls, and timely releases.
  • Communicate clearly to ensure project context, requirements, and status are understood.
  • Support process maintenance and improvement with efficiency and enhanced controls.
  • Collaborate with management to review, challenge, and strengthen team outputs.
  • Provide project management support for senior leadership initiatives and opportunities.
  • Document business rules, define data models, and design end-to-end processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement business process optimization.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Science, or Information Technology.
  • Bring 4+ years of Asset Management or Financial Services experience with data normalization expertise.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, and Visio.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; craft clear storyboards for leadership updates.
  • Analyze and synthesize large datasets and complex business processes confidently.
  • Organize meticulously; prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands under deadlines.
  • Map and understand complex workflows with precision and clarity.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Program with Excel Macros/VBA, Python, or Alteryx to automate and scale workflows.
  • Initiate solutions as a creative self-starter with a strong work ethic in dynamic settings.
  • Apply operational knowledge across Banking, Markets, or Sales to improve processes.
  • Attend to detail rigorously; solve problems while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • Multitask effectively; manage competing priorities in tight timelines.
  • Collaborate comfortably across global, cross-functional teams at multiple levels.
  • Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments while sustaining quality and control.
