As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. Be a leader accountable for the development of platforms that support Asset Management Risk’s frameworks. You will partner with key stakeholders—including market, liquidity, and investment risk teams, as well as the business—to operationalize oversight, governance, and reporting across internal platforms. You are committed to understanding stakeholder needs and meeting them with your advanced knowledge of product development, design, and data analytics. This role is focused on internal technology products that enable risk oversight and governance, not client-facing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for internal risk oversight platforms that deliver value to stakeholders.
- Lead discovery efforts and conduct research to identify solutions that address risk management needs, integrating findings into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition for internal risk oversight.
- Build frameworks and track key success metrics for the product, including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, Risk, and business partners—to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Ensure all products meet the highest standards of scalability, resiliency, and stability, supporting the firm’s risk management objectives.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
- Experience working with internal technology products, preferably in a risk or compliance environment.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Familiarity with Asset Management business and Risk’s role/risk oversight frameworks.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, or risk management platforms.
