As a Finance Integrations Product Delivery Vice President within the Finance Integrations team, you will be ensuring that new digital products and services are integrated into and benefit from the strength of JPMC's Firmwide systems, operating models and processes for finance, risk, treasury, cash management and regulatory reporting. In this position you will work closely with product & technology teams, as well as controls and second line teams, and collaborate on business processes/requirements, business rules in conjunction with testing, documenting controls, implementing and supporting new product implementation and releases.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with Product managers to define all impacted processes/controls that require change to our feeds and any new processes/controls that need to be built before the new product launches to the public
- Identify, understand, assess and clearly communicate requirements to enable the design and implementation of new functionalities, processes and process improvements
- Support design, development, validation, testing, deployment of banking processes and functionalities and own controls over specific feeds into Firmwide systems
- Stay abreast with the latest trends and regulations in financial services and develop in-depth knowledge of banking processes to enable effective partnership on functional recommendations and implementation
- Liaise with a large number of stakeholder across the wider Firm to understand their requirements and drive solutions
- Analyze and understand reporting and regulatory requirements at both a local and US level
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in banking products, processes, reporting standards, and the delivery/execution of an appropriate and robust control framework
- Extensive experience with planning, prioritizing and delivering in a large scale project environment
- Experience and application of US GAAP and (Full) IFRS accounting standards
- Experience in process discovery, process design, process testing and process improvements in banking
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders especially product, process design, operations, finance, risk, treasury
- Independent in decision-making as well as able to take direction and work as a team player
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- An accounting/financial qualification (or qualification by experience)
- Experience with one or more of the following regulations or regulators: Capital Requirements Regulation or Directive, Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive, Payment Services Directive, Federal Reserve Board, Securities and Exchange Commission, Prudential Regulation Authority, Financial Conduct Authority, Ba Fin, Bundesbank, or European Central Bank
- Experience using JIRA or Confluence
- Being familiar with Agile principles, processes and best practices
