As a HR Servicing Support Professional in the HR team, you execute the core processing activities that are of moderate complexity
Job responsibilities
- Executes on the core processing activities of primarily moderate complexity
- Assists in the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acts as a buddy to new joiners
- Contributes on small to moderate complexity projects, implementation, and processes improvement efforts
- Assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Makes decisions using pre-established Standard Operating Procedures
- Provides resolutions on tactical business as usual (BAU) concerns and issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ year of experience or equivalent expertise in HR service or Product roles
- Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems including me@JPMC, and Service Now
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Work schedule
Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as necessary
Must be able to work overtime and weekends to support the business needs
