Join our Asset Servicing Announcement Capture Utility team and play a key role in delivering timely and accurate corporate action announcements for global markets. Collaborate with internal teams and client service partners to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.   • As a Securities Services Operations

  • Asset Analyst in the Asset Servicing Announcement Capture Utility team, you announce corporate action events for all Global Markets and ensure timely processing within 24 hours. You own issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility, escalate concerns to Operational and Risk leads, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions. You partner with client service teams to improve client behavior and remove manual processes, supporting a robust control environment.

  • Job Responsibilities

  • Process and validate income and mandatory corporate actions

  • Own issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility and escalate promptly

  • Deliver fund services trades operations BAU for the assigned location

  • Collaborate with internal teams to process transactions and resolve exceptions

  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner

  • Perform root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries

  • Partner with client service teams to change client behavior and remove manual processes

  • Understand risk management and manage exceptions above materiality thresholds

  • Partner with technology strategy team to identify technology improvement opportunities

  • Ensure all day-to-day queries are addressed within required SLAs and escalate issues

  • Enhance controls and drive operational excellence across processes

  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hold a bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrate willingness to work in night shifts

  • Possess minimum 4 years of experience in the Financial Services industry

  • Utilize extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive change

  • Exhibit financial markets product knowledge and understand transaction lifecycle in corporate actions

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives

  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Leverage experience in announcement capture and corporate actions processing

  • Collaborate effectively with client service and technology teams

  • Support process automation and technology improvement initiatives

  • Adapt to changing business requirements and operational challenges

  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement in operational controls

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
