The Investment Platform team was created in 2019 and is tasked with driving the vision and roadmap for a common technology platform to support our investors in generating insights and translating them into client portfolios. The team engages a broad community of investors with the objective of building the systems that can enable them and their teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. In direct collaboration with a team of technologists and user experience designers, you will be part of a highly visible team that has direct impact on the execution of our product roadmap and vision.

The Investment Platform Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager located in London who specializes in our area of ETFs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the ETF Platform Product Owner in user research, analysis and day to day management of the product.

  • Conduct product discovery for selected features or initiatives and understand and document user needs in the form of user stories.

  • Ensure representation of a wide range of users in the design of features or initiatives, often by facilitating user forums or workshops.

  • Work with a team of developers and UX designers in refining features and initiatives, including the definition of clear acceptance criteria, wireframes and user validation.

  • Support the product owner in prioritizing the backlog, clearly articulating the value of the initiatives they are working on.

  • Represent the enhancements of the product to users and ensure adoption of new features and of the product overall.

  • Help drive strategic initiatives for the ETF Business and provide guidance, potential solutions and the ability to act as an intermediary between Stakeholder teams and Technology.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, ideally with focus on ETFs.

  • Strong interest in ETFs, technology and how technology can drive efficient processes.

  • An understanding of the ETF Ecosystem

  • Familiarity with ETFs across US and Europe is a plus

  • Product-oriented mindset, with a focus on developing solutions that provide real user value.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

  • Experience with frequently used tools in software product development such as Jira is a plus.

  • Strong communicator that can listen to users and understand underlying issues and also articulate effectively proposed solutions to users and team members.

  • Strong collaborator who can reconcile different user needs and priorities and work with a cross-functional team and wide group of stakeholders
