As an Investment Specialist Professional within our International Equities Group, you will partner with portfolio management and cross-functional teams to deliver client materials, analytics, and insights that support portfolio reviews, client engagement, and business growth. You will support portfolios by owning client materials, preparing portfolio reviews, and delivering data‑led insights in partnership with portfolio managers and cross‑functional teams. You handle ad hoc requests, maintain consultant databases, complete RFP/RFI/DDQs, and streamline reporting while tracking industry and competitive intelligence.
Job Responsibilities
- Update and improve client pitchbooks and review materials to reflect latest data and messaging.
- Prepare portfolio review materials and performance commentary for client and investor meetings.
- Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests with accurate, timely, data‑led analysis.
- Maintain and update consultant databases in partnership with the dedicated data team.
- Complete RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs with a focus on precise, data‑driven responses.
- Attend portfolio manager meetings and capture notes for Investment Specialist use.
- Liaise with client service, reporting, and technology teams to streamline and verify client data.
- Monitor industry databases and publications for competitive, market, and marketing insights.
- Collaborate with portfolio management desks to align materials with product and market views.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery across all client materials and reports.
- Prioritize competing deliverables and adapt to changing timelines and demands.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 4 years experience in financial product analysis, marketing, or client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage priorities and ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong educational credentials.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with consultant databases and RFP/RFI/DDQ processes.
- Exposure to international equities and portfolio review workflows.
- Familiarity with industry and competitive intelligence sources.
- Experience improving reporting processes and templates.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to enhance data flows.
- Experience producing client‑ready materials for institutional audiences.
- CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus.
