We are looking for a PROCESS OPTIMIZATION TRAINEE for one year internship.
Responsibilities & tasks:
Trainee to support the cross functional teams at Lilly Switzerland in reviewing and optimizing the different processes for two Affiliates focusing on sales and settlement with both a local and Global reach. With guidance from the supervisor, the trainee will collaborate closely with the Operational Teams to help improve the different Business processes, and implement automation solutions mainly using advanced Microsoft Suite Tools and Global interfacing Tools.
Some projects will also require a close collaboration with the Global Teams to explore traditional and generative AI to help reach Business results using the extensive Corporate resources in this field.
Process Optimization Trainee:
- Develop a good knowledge off end-to-end Business processes in a wide area of Business topics, from marketing and Quality to order management and invoice settlement
- Define and present processes optimization solutions using simple or advanced solutions based on deep Business needs analysis
- Participate in Global Internal Forums to learn and share on best practices for the Swiss and Export Affiliates
Qualifications:
University degree, Computer Systems and Digital Innovation or Business focus with a strong technical interest, you have a strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area.
You are fluent in English and French basics. You are goal, solution oriented, you enjoy using available technologies in an innovative way to improve business outcome.
You can work in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment.
You have the ability to move work forward, with a key milestones reporting mindset. You show excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mind-set.
Location:
Geneva - Contract subject to a valid work permit in Switzerland.
