As a Technology Team Member in our Turkey office, you will identify, improve, and develop technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. You will work with us at the intersection of business and technology, sharpening your understanding of business processes and data analysis. You will use your creative and critical thinking skills to maintain application systems crucial to daily operations. You will collaborate with teams to resolve application and data issues, and gain exposure to software development, testing, deployment, and production lifecycle methodologies. Job responsibilities

• Identify and develop technology solutions that support strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-priority initiatives.
• Maintain and improve application systems essential to daily operations.
• Resolve application and data issues as they arise.
• Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Apply production lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines.
• Communicate efficiently with business lines, development teams, and external partners.
• Build meaningful relationships with team members and technology vendors.
• Apply project management standards and methods.
• Utilize strong SQL skills on MSSQL and Oracle platforms.
• Work with Microsoft Windows Servers to support technology solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Relevant experience in technology roles.
• Fluent in writing, speaking, and listening in Turkish and English.
• High-level knowledge of SWIFT and EFT message types, FX, Money Market, and Fixed Income trade flows.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong understanding of application development, business analysis, and application support.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, including both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with technology vendors.
• Knowledge of project management standards and methods.
• Strong SQL knowledge on MSSQL and Oracle platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers.
