Work Smarter is a strategy team within Global Technology focused on enabling individuals and teams to work more effectively by leveraging core and innovative technologies. As a leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, accelerate adoption of new tools, drive, and define measurable impact at scale.

As a Vice President – Strategy Manager on Work Smarter, you will help set the vision for how JPMorgan Chase adopts and scales transformative technologies. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide priorities, lead high-impact projects, and guide firmwide transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to define strategic roadmaps, orchestrate change programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction and lead enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives.
  • Drive cross-LOB alignment by convening executive forums to share best practices and accelerate transformation.
  • Design and implement adoption strategies that deliver intuitive, valuable experiences for employees.
  • Engage C-suite leaders and senior executives to shape transformation priorities and investment roadmaps.
  • Surface insights that inform enterprise investment and innovation decisions.
  • Benchmark solutions and assess capabilities to guide technology strategy at the firm level.
  • Translate technology trends into actionable strategies for adoption and scale.
  • Build and maintain expertise in core and emerging technologies, including genAI and collaboration platforms.
  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver on enterprise priorities and achieve measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years in Financial Services, Management Consulting, or Technology, with a focus on innovation, transformation, or change leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering measurable enterprise impact.
  • Skilled at engaging C-suite stakeholders and senior leaders with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Ability to distill complex challenges into strategic opportunities and actionable plans.
  • Strong organizational, program management, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) to drive adoption and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, One Drive, MS Copilot) and other collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on experience applying emerging technologies—including AI and large language models (LLMs)—to solve business challenges and drive transformation.
  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
