Medical Service Delivery & Well-being Operations Manager - Vice President - Hybrid based in Mumbai, India. The Medical Service Delivery and Well-being Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with the Medical Service Clinical Lead to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, operational excellence of medical service execution, and adherence to occupational health reporting requirements throughout the cluster. This role involves managing multiple vendor contracts related to the delivery of clinical and well-being services, including occupational health functions. The role may serve as the Business Activity Owner (BAO) for the third-party relationship or collaborate closely with the BAO, the Clinical Lead, and various internal disciplines (Global Sourcing, Third Party Management, Risk and Control, Legal, Audit, and Information Security). Key responsibilities also include data and record management for on-site clinics, budget planning and forecasting, and issue identification, risk, and control. The role requires ongoing review of vendors and expenses to identify cost savings opportunities, ensure comprehensive documentation of business practices, effective communication across geographies, and contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic business continuity plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner and support the Medical Service Delivery Clinical Lead in the execution of on-site medical services.

Collaborate with Global Sourcing to finalize Master Service Agreements (MSA) and necessary contract amendments, renewals and/or extensions.

Lead Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) process for clinical services within the cluster.

Review MSAs to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to.

Support the on-boarding and off-boarding of non-employees (NEMS) collaborating with medical clinics.

Perform the BAO functions or collaborate with the BAO to for on-going monitoring and compliance for all vendors across various streams (e.g., Marketplace, IS, INFO SEC, Third Party Information Security Assessor (TPISA), Application Vulnerability Assessment (AVA), Cross Border), as needed.

Create and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Risk Events (REs) related to on-site clinical and well-being service execution.

Serve as the Records Management Owner (RMO) for on-site medical clinics in the cluster.

Support execution of well-being programs in India and collaborate with local point-of-contact for programs in other geographies.

Track vendor performance evaluation and completion of satisfaction surveys.

Manage end-to-end invoice processing for medical vendors, as needed.

Facilitate internal communications to raise awareness of health events and services, and manage employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Oversee regional medical budgets, focusing on accurate tracking, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Travel to other cities/countries within the cluster as required.
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Fluent in written and spoken English.

2-5 years of experience in third-party and vendor management.

Experience with invoice processing and Oracle payments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in healthcare sectors is desirable.
