Job Description:

1、管理区域内医院自主建立房颤规范化诊疗路径进程。

2、与当地学会协作,搭建学术平台,推广房颤规范化诊疗行业经验并形成行业共识。

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Provides direction and leadership to the marketing department and designs channel and partner marketing strategies through cross functional collaborations. Executes marketing campaigns and increases revenues for the organization. Builds the organizational network and maintains relationships with external partners and stays abreast of industry trends and improvement opportunities. Adheres to established privacy, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Gathers information on demand for products and services to ensure marketing initiatives align with business expectations.
Collaborates with channel and partner marketing teams to define project success metrics and help teams leverage tracking and reporting tools.
Audits area processes to streamline activities for effective and efficient operations.
Enforces compliance with organizational standards and protocols to guarantee quality and consistency.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
